The thing that got me moderately worried (and more like, pissed off) was indeed Robin hiding her hand in the flashforwards. The production warning was to "never show Robin's left hand in any flashforward".
At the beginning when things are burning, a flatscreen tv on fire was supposed to fall from above which makes everyone leap and Ted says, "Okay. No more dating. I'm ready to settle down...and maybe read more."
When Marshall and Barney are bringing stuff into Ted's apartment, instead of music, Marshall and Barney were supposed to say lines:
- Marshall pushing a space invaders game on a dolly: "Lily said no".
- Barney with the Boba Fett costume: "Robin didn't like it."
- Marshall with the cotton candy machine: "Ixnay on the homemade cotton candy."
- Barney wheeling a motorcycle: "I didn't even bother asking."
- Marshall leading a horse: "We're allergic."
Marshall: It's funny, you know? Sometimes the craziest people can be the most perceptive.
Ted: I'm not in love with Lily.
Marshall (pitying): Sure you aren't, kiddo.
After Lily says that they will all be here for Ted at the end, this:
Ted: Thanks Lily. Oh and you might want to take off before Jeanette catches you here. She thinks I'm in love with you.
Lily: Awww. You know it's never gonna happen, right, Ted?
Ted: I'm not in love with you!
Lily (pitying): That's the spirit, kiddo.
AND finally, the brief Barney/Robin scene that I mentioned got edited out. When Robin's holding Marvin in Ted's apartment,
Barney: First time, isn't it? (Robin looks at him) (smiles) I thought so. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone.
Robin: Thanks. Dude, this may not sound like me talking, but...I love this baby so much.
Barney: Barf alert.
Robin: Oh, don't act all hard and cynical with me, I know you have a sensitive---
Barney: No, there's barf all over your shirt.
Robin looks down at her sleeve, which is covered in spit up. She shrugs and keeps playing with Marvin.
And that's it!
